The arena is an excellent location available for rent for private, public and/or club shows, expositions, clinics, demonstrations etc.

Rental rates, contract requirements and available options are outlined below. By choosing the Dirt Floor Arena for your next event, you are supporting this facility for future availability to the local and surrounding communities.

The DFA is actually a complete facility which includes the following:

100 x 210' indoor arena with a solid sand floor.
106 x 132' outdoor warm-up arena.
70 x 106' pole building with 40+ stalls
71 x 110' pole building with 40+ stalls
53 x 81' pole building with 25+ stalls
2 outdoor wash racks
Ladies and mens bathrooms with hot water showers
Multiple electrical outlets for overnight camping
Multiple parking lots in close proximity

The DFA facility is operated completely by volunteers and improvements come only from sponsor donations.

From South: I35 north to Boundary Ave exit (Exit #249). Take a left at Boundary Ave. Go approx. 3 miles. Fairgrounds is on the right. Continue straight to the backside of the fairgrounds. The indoor arena is on your right.

From North or East: I35 south to Proctor/Hwy 2 exit (exit #250). Continue 1 mile on Hwy. 2 to the top of the hill. Take a right on Boundary Ave (stoplight). Go approx. 3 miles. Fairgrounds is on the right. Continue straight to the backside of the fairgrounds. The indoor arena is on your right.

From the West: Take Hwy 2 east/south to Duluth/Proctor. When in Proctor, turn left at Boundary Ave (stoplight). Continue on Boundary Ave (approx. 3 miles) until you see the fairgrounds on your right. Continue straight to the backside of the fairgrounds. The indoor arena is on your right.
